Here's How I Found the Fit In Me!
At the age of 16 I joined a gym for the first time. When I first started, I started off with cardio 6 days a week for 2 hours. Yes I lost weight, but my body didn't change shape and I felt weak and tired all the time.
Fast forward two years and a whole lot of frustration later and I FINALLY picked up WEIGHTS. That's right - WEIGHTS! They changed my life! My body changed shape, I felt stronger than ever, my confidence sky rocketed and though I still have my struggles as we all do - I have found a healthy balance between weight training, nutritious eating, and fun! This lead me to pursue my degree and a profession in fitness.
All I want to do now is share this with others and help them conquer their struggles and reach their goals! As Emmy says, "Don't wait." There is no better time to start than now! The time will pass anyway so why not start today!?
